“
Everyone at AAHA is creative, very communicative, collaborative, highly-disciplined and in general very good at what they do. This was our first time designing and building a new home and Aaron, Harper and the team led us through the project with great enthusiasm, patience and care.

WELCOME HOME
The entry to the residence features a 3-story atrium, serving as the central hub of the house. With a single staircase that links all levels of the home and features direct views of the ocean, you have easy access to entire home immediately upon entering. Illuminated by a full-width skylight and an array of Tom Dixon melt pendants, you are welcomed home by an artful installation that cascades along the walls.
LET THE OUTDOORS, IN
The home features an ‘upside-down’ floorpan, with the communal areas such as the kitchen and living room on the upper floors to fully utilize the breathtaking ocean views. The nearly 20’ pocket doors seamlessly tuck away, extending the living space out on to the sundeck and out towards the horizon.
WAKE UP SLOW
Some days, you need some extra time in bed. In this primary you can wake up slow, while enjoying direct ocean views. It also features an adjacent terrace for morning yoga, screened in with thermally modified ash louvers for some added privacy without losing the gorgeous views.
