Originally built in 1963, our clients wanted an updated functional space without adding to the square footage of the space. Despite earlier renovations veiling it’s character, the homes solid structure and cantilevered design acted as an excellent canvas. We transformed a dated dwelling into a modern retreat while celebrating it’s architectural heritage.

By replacing existing windows and doors with larger panes we maximized views and outdoor access, improving flow from front patio, through the kitchen and living area out to the rear deck.
