Jacon Ave Residence

.This family of four came to us with plans for their dream home in the Pacific Palisades, only to discover they were expecting their third child during the design process. Their vision was centered on a functional, flexible layout, blending an open floor plan with the option to close off the kitchen for privacy when needed. The design featured 13-foot sliding pocket doors to seamlessly transition between spaces. Prioritizing ample storage and a spacious kitchen for their love of cooking and entertaining, the family also wanted a home that could comfortably host extended family. A strong connection to nature was key, so we incorporated large windows, skylights, and natural materials to create a warm, light-filled space that flows seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and beach.
