Nestled between Culver City and Marina Del Rey, the Del Rey residence was designed for the ideal indoor outdoor California lifestyle. The 1940s California style home was gut renovated transforming the bones of the residence into a new modern oasis for the owner. The original bones were infused with rich, modern details including mahogany decks and features, contrasting wood details, dark aluminum windows, smooth stucco and a drought tolerant landscape.
