In the midst of the bustling Century City shopping center, the Calmist pop-up aimed to provide products and experiences to help you “create a finer state of mind.”
Their objectives were clear from the beginning of the project: provide a simple modular system that allows for ever-evolving product display.

Together with fabrication partners, Coupler Manufacturing Co., we developed a plywood and peg system that the Calmist staff could continuously modify to match their rotating stable of products. In the center of the store, modular plywood boxes rotate and stack as needed while hiding all of the product back stock within.
