Nestled in the hills of Pacific Palisades, the Bienvenda Residence is a second story addition and full gut-remodel. Between a split-face stone facade, a cedar shingle entry volume welcomes you into the home lined with rich, plaster walls, natural oak floors and millwork, and a vaulted living room and kitchen.
