Perched atop a hill in the heart of Redondo Beach, the Lucia Ave Residence takes full advantage of it’s location. Stacked 3 stories high, this private residence boasts a 20’ wide wall of pocketing glass that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Sitting just above, is a roof deck with a built-in fire pit ensuring that no sunset goes to waste.
